On a positive note, I got my body fat tested yesterday--only 27%...when I started this journey almost 2 years ago, I was at 37%!

Still got 2 more pounds. I think these are the final 2. It's the hardest ones cuz I am so close to going, bah who cares, let me at thos cupcakes.
I think I'll just have to live with my belly fat for the rest of my life. I don't think it's something that will ever leave. I technically could go down all the way to 105 before being considered underweight, but that just feels too low for me... I'll feel like paper or something.

even me, with close to 10lbs dropped since my return from Greece, you can see a drastic difference in the pic. I hope to never get to that weight again, that was the heaviest in my life and I hope it stays that way. Although I have to say, if it wasn't for that significant weight gain, I probably would've never embarked on this serious journey of fitness and weight loss!
I think I have IBS though cuz some days I wake up and my belly is swollen up and I'm a bit...bubbly. And today I woke up and my stomach was so flat it was ridiculous!
if I do dip lower than 105lbs though, I'll be anorexic, but I think 110 might have to be my new goal, oh boy with school, it'll take a while to achieve that.

My sister is coming to town and staying at a nice hotel sometime in October (near my school) and I'm going to stay over, and how ridiculous is this.. I can't wait to use their swanky gym and spa!!! I actually can't wait to work out, I smile when I run and workout. How insane is that! I'm really a fitness freak now!
so today I had about 2200 calories so I won't allow my body to get used to lower calories, I don't want to eat that low forever... how's your weight loss progress coming along?
I just had a remark from someone at school (that I saw 4 months ago) that I lost weight! That made me really happy because even though I had that major setback (gaining 6-7lbs in Greece), I was able to overcome it and actually lose the weight I started with. So I was really happy with that.
Unfortunetly, I come home tired from school and have no more willpower to say no to my mom's amazing cooking, so my calories have been high (but not over yet!) so I'm hoping just working out 3X a week will get the fat off slowly.
And I'm trying HIIT so I'm training only every other day, which feel weird after training everyday for an hour for over a month.
I'm going to stick to better diet and HIIT (I know how to do it properly now and which activities to do) for 2 weeks and I should see the results I want! I heart HIIT helps with belly fat in particular, which is my problem area!
The scale better read 2lbs less if not I'll cry! All that hard work :( anyways we'll see
updated goal will be: 115lbs! :S which means another 2-3 weeks of this dieting >_< oh boy

It only looks like I'm winning...but I've hovered 'around' this weight for so long, and I haven't had a chance to work out since last Saturday. And I won't get another chance until Monday. I'm just trying to hang on.

While I was preparing my meal (which has like half the cals of what I'll have if my mom makes something healthy, but too good to stop at one plate) I actually wasn't hungry. Not in a rush to eat or anything.
I could potentially double or almost double my weight loss, yay!
You'll have washboard abs in no time!

oh and btw, my profile pic, my hair is all over the place because I had just driven a dune buggy and it was awesome!
I worked out like a maniac today, I'm exhausted. I'll try and keep that up for a week and I should lose 1-2 lbs!
But today I picked it back up, I did 40 minutes of strength training, and I'm going back down for 40-45 minutes of cardio so I'll burn 500-600 calories today. Hopefully I can keep this up for 3-4 weeks so I can lose the weight.
We hardly have snow in the Winter now!
But Greece ah, the swimming!!!! I wish I had a pool. Swimming is the one exercise I can keep going.
