Nate is here, I am having major knee issues. I have some torn cartilage in my right knee. Have to go and see the doc this week. I hope I can still play hockey fine. Have been doing no impact workouts.... :( Weight is still the same so thats good!

Where did you go? I went to Key West--it was awesome. But my weight is WAY back up! I've still lost 26 pounds to date, which is great...but I'm heading into the holidays with 12 to go. YUCK!

Thanks Doll! This totally sucks lately! I'm all over the charts with my weight, and even tho I'm not one to get discouraged and give up, I find the Halloween Candy Bowl a whole lot more fun than the gym...

On a positive note, I got my body fat tested yesterday--only 27%...when I started this journey almost 2 years ago, I was at 37%!

Hope you're still hanging in there...and Happy Halloween!

I won the race!! I got to my goal 2 116lbs as of this morning!! yay!! but I'm not done yet!

Still got 2 more pounds. I think these are the final 2. It's the hardest ones cuz I am so close to going, bah who cares, let me at thos cupcakes.

I think I'll just have to live with my belly fat for the rest of my life. I don't think it's something that will ever leave. I technically could go down all the way to 105 before being considered underweight, but that just feels too low for me... I'll feel like paper or something.

I can't wait til you hit your ultimate goal (me too of course!) I want to see the evolution of your pics when it comes to that! what a transformation!

even me, with close to 10lbs dropped since my return from Greece, you can see a drastic difference in the pic. I hope to never get to that weight again, that was the heaviest in my life and I hope it stays that way. Although I have to say, if it wasn't for that significant weight gain, I probably would've never embarked on this serious journey of fitness and weight loss!

Sucks doesn't it. At first when I was 124 I was like alright I only got to drop 5lbs and I'll probably get rid of the belly fat. Then I was 120lbs and I'm like okay I guess another 5 more. Now I'm approaching my goal slowly and realize, I'll probably need to make it to 110-112, but then I think that really will be it for me and I'll just stay active.

I think I have IBS though cuz some days I wake up and my belly is swollen up and I'm a bit...bubbly. And today I woke up and my stomach was so flat it was ridiculous!

I just hope when I do get to the 115-116lbs goal, that I won't have to modify my goal and bring it down to 110 even. I can't even remember when I was 110, must've been before puberty or something lol

if I do dip lower than 105lbs though, I'll be anorexic, but I think 110 might have to be my new goal, oh boy with school, it'll take a while to achieve that.

My belly fat is so stubborn, and I still have enough I can grab a handful

I know I got to hold on strong for at least another month and I'll make it to my goal!

My sister is coming to town and staying at a nice hotel sometime in October (near my school) and I'm going to stay over, and how ridiculous is this.. I can't wait to use their swanky gym and spa!!! I actually can't wait to work out, I smile when I run and workout. How insane is that! I'm really a fitness freak now!

I ate a bit bad today, I decided I was cutting 200-400 calories each day last week HIIT twice (hoping to get another HIIT tomorrow but I have a BIG deadline for a project Monday and I'm so tired...)

so today I had about 2200 calories so I won't allow my body to get used to lower calories, I don't want to eat that low forever... how's your weight loss progress coming along?

I just had a remark from someone at school (that I saw 4 months ago) that I lost weight! That made me really happy because even though I had that major setback (gaining 6-7lbs in Greece), I was able to overcome it and actually lose the weight I started with. So I was really happy with that.

Unfortunetly, I come home tired from school and have no more willpower to say no to my mom's amazing cooking, so my calories have been high (but not over yet!) so I'm hoping just working out 3X a week will get the fat off slowly.

haha thanks but I've been taking it slow t his week. My diet has been pretty bad, I won't gain but I won't lose, or very VERY little.

And I'm trying HIIT so I'm training only every other day, which feel weird after training everyday for an hour for over a month.

I'm going to stick to better diet and HIIT (I know how to do it properly now and which activities to do) for 2 weeks and I should see the results I want! I heart HIIT helps with belly fat in particular, which is my problem area!

Still going hard at it. I stepped on the scale before the workout and was 199 and then after 197. Kind of weak. I thought I would be closer to 195 today but oh well. I am going to shoot to be 195 by Tuesday. Will see....

uh tomorrow is weigh in time. This week was the lowest calories I've ever endured, about 1300/day with enough exercise to burn a bit over that (just to be sure I get that 1000cals/day deficit).

The scale better read 2lbs less if not I'll cry! All that hard work :( anyways we'll see

updated goal will be: 115lbs! :S which means another 2-3 weeks of this dieting >_< oh boy

Good to see that you're still around. I had no one to stalk for awhile.

It only looks like I'm winning...but I've hovered 'around' this weight for so long, and I haven't had a chance to work out since last Saturday. And I won't get another chance until Monday. I'm just trying to hang on.

What do I get if I win?

I've found more motivation by making my own dinners instead of eating what my mom cooks. I did this before my trip too.

While I was preparing my meal (which has like half the cals of what I'll have if my mom makes something healthy, but too good to stop at one plate) I actually wasn't hungry. Not in a rush to eat or anything.

I could potentially double or almost double my weight loss, yay!

Ya, my problem is those "last 10 pounds" are the ones I've been trying to lose for years and the only weight I've tried to lose.. and I succeeded in losing a bit before my trip! Only to gain it back and more.. .boo.

oh and btw, my profile pic, my hair is all over the place because I had just driven a dune buggy and it was awesome!

I worked out like a maniac today, I'm exhausted. I'll try and keep that up for a week and I should lose 1-2 lbs!

you're doing great! I can't say the same for me... I've been watching what I've been eating, biking everyday but the scale didn't even budge 0.1 in a week which is depressing.

But today I picked it back up, I did 40 minutes of strength training, and I'm going back down for 40-45 minutes of cardio so I'll burn 500-600 calories today. Hopefully I can keep this up for 3-4 weeks so I can lose the weight.

it's gorgeous! I want to go back! Montreal has disgusting weather, it rains cats and dogs and you never know if it'll be sunny or rainy cuz it'll change in an instant. Global waming!!!!

We hardly have snow in the Winter now!

But Greece ah, the swimming!!!! I wish I had a pool. Swimming is the one exercise I can keep going.

Well I set my goal to 190. I am really not sure if I can get to that or even want to. I really do not much fat left on me and the only place I can pinch is in my ab area. I was about 190 in HS and was skin and bones :) So I guess we will just see and keep working hard.

wow, looks like you do some serious calorie burning yourself!! I wish there was a choice to put "incline walking" instead of just "walking" because I usually walk at 3.0 at 15% on the treadmill (if you haven't tried it, you should, the calorie burn is great and you feel it the next day!) and I'm sure some people are like, "walking? how does she burn so much doing that?" lol. great job though, and wonderful loss so far, I am more than certain that by your dedication that you will most definately hit your goal. :)

I have been working like a mad man the last two weeks. I have been spending at least two hours a day at Lifetime. (gym) I lost a few, I am sure if I keep this up I will be were I want to be once again.
